A semi-dry cider made with Wisconsin apples, lightly sweetened with highly tannic heritage perry pear (Poire de Gris and Poire D'Epine) juice we've imported from Normandy. It has a certain je ne sais quoi about it that makes it a customer favorite. 7.0% A.B.V.

A semi-dry cider, lightly sweetened with tart Door County cherry juice. Lightly effervescent, the cherry notes are subtle and refreshing. 6.5% A.B.V.

A very dry, highly tannic, and acidic heritage blend, with a deep gold to amber hue, crafted from outstanding traditional cider apples, heritage apples, and crab apples, including Bulmers Norman, Browns, Michelin, Canadian Strawberry (apple), Sweet Sixteen, Macintosh, Almata Crab, and Huwe's Virgina Crab. This cider started as a spontaneous ferment and was finished with champagne yeast. 5.6% A.B.V.
